  • Carrier: Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground.
  • Signature Required: For the security of your package, a signature will be required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.

Return Policy

We want you to find the perfect fit! While we do not offer cash refunds, exchanges are welcome within 10 days of receipt.

Policy Overview

  • No Refunds: We offer exchanges or store credit only. No refunds will be issued on merchandise.
  • Condition: All items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging.
  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Request an Exchange
Please follow these steps to ensure your return is processed smoothly:

1. Request Authorization: Contact us via email to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.Please Note: Do not mail items back without prior approval. All unauthorized returns will be returned to the sender.

2. Pack & Ship: Once approved, you will receive an RA# and return instructions.Write the RA# clearly on the outside of the box.Ship the item using your preferred shipping carrier.Please retain your tracking number for your records.

3. Inspection & Credit:Once received, we will inspect the merchandise.Approved credits will be issued within 10 business days.

4. Place New Order: Once your credit is applied to your account, you may contact us to place your new order.
